Overview
Every Ollum account has a personal workspace by default. You can create additional team workspaces to collaborate with colleagues — shared projects, shared billing, and shared member management. Each workspace is independent with its own plan, projects, and settings.
Personal vs team workspace
To create a team workspace, open the workspace switcher in the bottom-left of the sidebar and click New workspace. You can own up to 10 workspaces.
Switching workspaces
The workspace switcher lives in the bottom-left corner of the dashboard sidebar. Click it to see every workspace you belong to and switch between them. Projects, drafts, settings, and billing are fully scoped to the active workspace — switching shows a completely separate set of projects.
Roles
Team workspaces have three roles. The workspace creator is always the owner — ownership is not transferable.
Inviting members
Go to Workspace → Members. Enter a colleague's email address, choose their role (Admin or Member), and click Invite.
The invitee receives an email with an accept link. Invites expire after 7 days. Inviting requires Indie or Pro plan — the Free plan has no team members.
Pending invites
Invites that have not been accepted yet appear in the Pending invites section on the Members tab. For each pending invite you can:
Accepting an invite
The invitee receives an email containing a unique accept link. Clicking the link opens ollum.dev where they sign in with GitHub. If they do not have an Ollum account, one is created automatically. After accepting, the workspace appears in their workspace switcher immediately.
Workspace settings
Found at Workspace → General.
Plan and billing are managed in Workspace → Plan & Billing (owner and admin only).
Plan limits
Team member count excludes the workspace owner. Upgrade from Workspace → Plan & Billing (owner only).
