Initial note load time dropped from roughly 1.8 seconds to under 600ms on average. The content hydration pipeline was rewritten to render the visible viewport first and defer all offscreen blocks until after paint.

When you edit a note offline and another person edits the same note online, the merge result is now shown as a clear visual diff rather than silently picking a winner. You decide which changes to keep.
